In 2022, Mike McCarthy celebrated his 17th year at HMY Yachts. In the 17 years Mike has been with HMY, he has received the Presidents Club Award 15 times (Top Producer). Mike was also the 2019 IYBA Broker of the Year (under 30 Meters). Mike has also been awarded the North America Top Salesman for Princess Yachts in 2016,2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2022.

Mikes boat career started at ag 12 while operating commercial clam boats on the south shore of Long Island, after stints Commercial Long Liners and Head boats, Mike relocated to Montauk NY, to pursue jobs on Private Sport Fishing Boats. While working on the famed Sneaky Pete, Mike chased giant tuna from Montauk to Maine during the summer and participated in countless sailfish and marlin tournaments during the winter/ spring seasons. These tournaments took him from the Bahamas to Costa Rica.

After graduating college, Mike began a 15-year career on Wall Street. 10 of which he operated his own communication brokerage firm. After selling his company, Mike relocated to Florida full time to work with HMY.

Mike current lives in Stuart Florida with his family and spends the summers in Montauk New York. He enjoys spending time with his family and fishing and surfing with his 2 young children.

LUKE DAVIS

Raised in South Florida, Luke’s passion for boating came from a young age. Growing up fishing on his family’s boat and frequenting the Bahamas on weekend trips sparked his love of being on the water. Luke’s entrepreneurial spirit evolved from starting his own boat detailing business in high school and working as a first mate on private yachts. After graduating from Ole Miss with a Bachelors degree in Insurance and Risk Management, Luke began his sales career in the insurance industry throughout Los Angeles and Atlanta before returning home to Jupiter, Florida. He learned the value of building relationships and connecting with clients on a personal level which is a practice Luke carries out while working alongside every client. With a hands-on sales approach, Luke consistently turns clients into friends by providing genuine customer service that extends beyond the sale. Outside of the office Luke enjoys golfing, snow skiing, and fishing.

ANDREW DEAN

Andrew Dean is a Florida native who grew up in Palm Beach and developed a passion for boating and fishing in his early childhood years. Andrew has had the opportunity to travel and fish many parts of the Bahamas, as well as the east coast of Florida and the Florida Keys. He has been operating many different sizes and types of vessels since he was 14 years old. Therefore, he understands the responsibility, the pride, and the important necessary maintenance that comes along with being a boat owner.

In August 2017, Andrew earned his Master’s degree in Business Management from the University of Florida. He enjoys golfing, fishing tournaments, and meeting new people in his free time. His goal is to service his clients with the upmost professionalism and develop a personal and friendly relationship that will last a lifetime.
